Experience Professional Activities Experience Christopher has a decade of litigation experience appearing before the Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench, in addition to various administrative tribunals such as the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal and Worker’s Compensation Board Appeals Commission. Chris is often asked to get involved in contentious and urgent court applications including replevin applications, interim injunctions, and applications for Anton Piller orders. Within the field of employment law, Chris has litigated wrongful and constructive dismissal lawsuits for both employer and employee, undertaken court applications to enforce restrictive covenant agreements, successfully obtained court orders for the return of company equipment, obtained Anton Piller Orders for the retrieval of misappropriated company records, amongst a variety of other creative ways to resolve clients’ legal issues.
